Terms & Conditions

1. Poultry is slaughtered daily according to Islamic law, kept chilled, and labelled with the slaughter date.
2. All birds slaughtered daily are good for three days from the slaughter date.
3. Complaints must be sent on the same day the order is received, via the Deepo page. Deepo is not responsible for poor storage after delivery.
4. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once prepared. Please check the invoice with the branch or the driver on delivery.
5. All processed poultry products are prepared in Deepo's facility with known-source spices, kept frozen, and good for six months from production.
6. Deepo is not responsible for cooking results after delivery.
7. Your data (name, phone, address) is used only to prepare and deliver your order and is never shared with third parties.
