• Poultry is slaughtered daily according to Islamic law, kept chilled, and labelled with the slaughter date.
• All birds slaughtered daily are good for three days from the slaughter date.
• Complaints must be sent on the same day the order is received, via the Deepo page. Deepo is not responsible for poor storage after delivery.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once prepared. Please check the invoice with the branch or the driver on delivery.
• All processed poultry products are prepared in Deepo's facility with known-source spices, kept frozen, and good for six months from production.
• Deepo is not responsible for cooking results after delivery.
• Your data (name, phone, address) is used only to prepare and deliver your order and is never shared with third parties.
